It is a condo that comes with all modern facilities, comprising a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a stimulating golf course. The room rates are reasonable and qualified compared with fully furnished, given by the project. The security safety system is also excellent, giving high security with the access system with video. Even the project offers a private lift, providing convenience and safety. The condo location is easily accessible and convenient for traveling. I don't worry about the traffic jams as it is close to the Asok BTS station, only a 5-10 minutes walk. Moreover, it is also close to many popular shopping malls, Terminal 21, and Villa Market. These make me convenient for daily shopping, or shopping during the holidays is also convenient.

The condo location is fantastic, close to Sukhumvit MRT, Asoke BTS, and Terminal 21, which is only 5 minutes walk. The condo has all the amenities. On the 8th floor, there is a swimming pool and gym. My husband and I just bought a two-bedroom unit that is very large, almost wide, 170 sq.m. The furniture is also complete, although it is not very luxurious. I like the view from the terrace; it is the Asoke building view. At night, the night lights are pretty good.

The condo is not very luxurious, but the project facilities are considered completed. There is a fitness room and sauna room. (The equipment is quite old) It also has a large swimming pool. The maintenance here is ok, and there is housekeeping cleaning 2-3 days a week. As it is the city center, walking to Terminal 21 takes only 5 minutes. Even if you want to go to other places in Bangkok, you can use the Asok BTS service, which is very convenient. Many taxis go through this route all the time !!!

The project here is a 27-Storey condominium with a modern design that is well located in the business district. It allows the residents to experience the utmost comfort and convenience because of various transportation options like Asoke BTS, just 350 m. away, or 5-minute walking. It is suitable for residents who want to avoid traffic jams. The surrounding area is full of shopping malls such as Midtown Asoke, Villa Market, Terminal 21, and the Emporium in a short time of 10 minutes. When living within the project, it will make you feel resting all the time. I live in a 3-bedroom unit, approximately 166 sq.m. The project's highlight here is Bangkok's panoramic view that you can admire from your balcony or your bedroom, which has a full-frame floor-to-ceiling window. The condo also has advanced security systems such as video entry-exit systems for the residents' safety, private elevators on every floor, and energy-saving systems such as motion sensors to control the lights automatically. Our room is fully renovated, and I am very impressed with the interior, which uses high-quality materials and color matching. It is very modern and elegant at the same time. The standard of the project's common area here is medium and provides all the basic facilities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, parking lots, a gym, and a 24-hour security system.
