The common area maintenance fee is ฿55 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is ฿2,255 for this condo. I've searched for information about this project for some time. It is an interesting one. The room that we are interested in is a one-bedroom unit; the size is considered okay, not too narrow. The design looks simple and cozy. Another interesting feature here is that The project will be divided into 2 zones, the Residential units, and the investment units. I want to buy it for investment because this condo's location is quite reasonable within a few mins to Rawai Beach. Also, Phuket is a touristy place. I'm quite sure that I'll get good benefits in return. It's under the management of the Best Western hotel chain, world-class hotels, so I'm pretty confident. Within the project, there is a swimming pool, restaurant, and fitness center. It's easy to get around, as it's not far from the city, which takes just half an hour driving to Central Foresta. It's pretty far from the airport, though. Overall, it's okay.
