I first moved to this development 4 years ago due to it's ideal location which is on the edge of Pratumnak which means that the surrounding roads are quiet and uncongested yet it's very close to the city centre and only a 5 minute drive to Central Festival Mall and only a 5 minute walk to Bali Hai pier and the top of Walking Street. The the opposite direction it's also possible to reach Jomtien Beach within a 5 minute drive.
The well maintained facilities are excellent as the project features 2 large pools, one of which caters for children and families and the other generally remains quiet and is suitable for relaxing. There's also steam rooms, roof tops gardens, a well equipped gym and a huge carpark.
Due to the hight and position of the development a lot of the rooms also feature stunning open views overlooking Jomtien, Pratumnak and Pattaya Bay.
Overall Unixx feels like an exclusive 5* hotel and I'm very proud to reside here. I highly recommend the development to people that want to be close to the city centre yet don't want to deal with the traffic and congestion of the city centre.
