Nice condominium, near the Bali Hai Pier

Condominium near Bali Hai Pier. The project is in a good location, but it's quite hard to find the entrance as it's quite dark and small. Overall, the project has a marvelous design, both exterior, and interior with great modern decoration. There are complete facilities, both swimming pools, restaurants, and a reception. The staff here provides a very good service. As the project is mixed-used for both a hotel and a residence, so the hotel guests and residents can share the common area, which is not very convenient.

Every time I come on vacation in Pattaya, I often rent it here because I love the sea view, offering from this building. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated with fully equipped furniture. The on-site comprises a swimming pool, a bar, and a restaurant serving many dishes. The taste is excellent as well. The staff here are polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, this condo is convenient for living as there are facilities provided. Besides, the condo is located in the heart of Pattaya with many fun attractions. If anyone is looking for a good condo in Pattaya, I would recommend it here as it is clean, convenient, and safe.

My boyfriend and I rented a room here for 1 week. The facilities were excellent. There was a yummy breakfast as a good start. From the place, we can see the best of the sea view, so stunning! The location is near many attractions, including Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Walking Street, and Bali Hai Pier. Very good!
Exclusively luxurious accommodation will be back again!

I just stayed here for the first time, and I was very impressed because I feel like staying in a 5-star hotel although the project is a condominium. The staff offers very good services and is happy to help with anything. The lobby was elegant and beautiful. When entering the room, I was not disappointed because there is a clearly-divided large area. The furniture goes along well with the decoration. Besides, the project also has a large swimming pool with water slides. I can guarantee that the children will love it. There is also a fitness center, a sauna, and a steam room for easy access. There are also restaurants and cafes here selling delicious food. If I don't plan to go out, I would also like to spend all day in this condo.

Most of the people staying here are Koreans, Russian and Chinese. People are very busy because of the high season, and there are also hotels. If you don't want to go far, there is also an onsite restaurant. The staff is extremely helpful. There is also a very big communal pool, which closes around 8 pm. The room I stay in is a corner room, offering a partial sea view, and it is fully furnished. The door is a key card system. Worth the investment and worth the money paid !!!
Room on the 30th floor, good atmosphere with some furniture

The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor. The room was open and comfortable and had a great atmosphere all day long. The balcony is large, overlooking partial sea views. The kitchen is in European style and installed a few items of kitchen equipment. I like it here because the facilities are complete. There is a reception hall, and the gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is on the ground floor, which sometimes gets quite dirty during the rainy season but it is always clean !!
The reception hall is very beautiful. The staff is nice.

I love it here. The staff took care of me well. Every time I visited Pattaya, I always stayed here. The receptionist was very friendly to me, helpful and professional. The rooms are decorated to give a sense of relaxation. You can enjoy the sea view from your room pleasantly. Also, a full range of in-house facilities, such as the kitchen, chill living room, and large bedroom, feel as comfortable and airy. What impressed me a lot will be the exquisitely decorated reception hall. You will feel relaxed from the first step because the project is designed to simulate similarly to being at the bottom of the sea where sea creatures are swimming, and it looks gorgeous. Apart from that, there are complete project facilities such as a large swimming pool with fantastic water sliders for the kids to enjoy. Besides, it includes a bar that can order a drink and sit to cool off and relax by the pool as well. It is a good place to stay for me. I'll recommend it if anyone is planning to visit Pattaya. Must stay here!
