I am very impressed with the atmosphere around the Diya Valley Project. It is surrounded by the pleasant nature of valleys and rivers. I feel refresh and happy to stay here. I bought 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house with a living area at 63 sq.m, suitable for my lifestyle. Besides, the house design is modern, safe, and livable. The neighbors are cute and friendly. The common area offers a fully equipped clubhouse, whether it is a fitness center, swimming pool, or a public park. It is modern, suitable for using the services. The project is situated in a convenient area because it is close to Central Airport as well. The project is considered a worthy investment.

The village has a nice and shady atmosphere. The houses in the project are beautifully designed in Italian style. I rented a 3-bedroom detached house, approximately 110 square meters in area. Personally, it's fine. Life is much more comfortable because, in addition to the house, it will be comfortable and standardized. Not far from Chiang Mai city and Central Airport as well, it's about 10-15 minutes by car. If not going anywhere, the village's central area is also a place to relax as it has a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, garden, and a large lake. The neighbors in the village like to walk around the lake and I also like meeting people in this area as well. They are friendly.

I must say that before buying a house here, I have looked at many projects. Finally, I like this place because the transportation is convenient and it is located in the Hang Dong area, which is not far from the city. It is also surrounded by markets and shops. In the village, it can be called extremely spacious because there are hundreds of houses. But it is not crowded at all. It is quiet, and the safety system is excellent. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse and a park to jog. Travel to Chiang Mai is about half an hour !!

Good village with pleasant and shady atmosphere, next to the lake. There is a large green space within the project. The common areas are suitable for residents of all ages, such as a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness, and a sauna. My house type is Lucca with 3 bedrooms in the house, not very big. I only live with 3 people, so it is just the right size. The neighbors are lovely. Most importantly, it's convenient to travel to the airport, only 13 kilometers away.
