Just made the right choice buying this house, really worth it! The location is very good, close to many facilities, and a few minutes walk to Tesco Lotus Chalong. At the project gate, you can also find a motorcycle taxi. The neighborhood is full of shops, markets, restaurants, educational institutions. In the project, there are facilities, a security system for 24 hours, a large courtyard for parking. As I plan to buy 2 more cars, this space is adequate. The living area is large and fully furnished. I love that glossy leather sofa in the living room, an outdoor swimming pool, and eye-soothing green area. I just love living here.

Very disappointed with the project. The small pool is like a fish pond. The house is quite old, but the village atmosphere is quiet. The project is located in a local community. Convenient location, close to the market, Restaurants, and Makro. I pay a high rental rate, so I want something better.
