3 Bedroom Villa for rent at AP Grand Residence Twin

Our family had a great time here. The atmosphere is private, quiet in the middle of nature. There were noises from animals and insects at night. It was enjoyable. The project is a new project, so it’s clean and tidy. The number of units is quite limited, so the village is not crowded. The neighbors are all foreigners, both Chinese and Russian. Inside the house has two stories with a private swimming pool. The unit area is spacious. The interior is modern and very elegant. I love that the walls are soundproof and the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is perfect sizing for a 6ft bed, so I can sleep very well. Unfortunately, we cannot park the car right at our house, but at the communal parking lot. It can be inconvenient on rainy days or shopping days. But this place is near Kamala Beach, about 600 meters, going to Patong takes about 10 minutes. Mostly, we spend time in the house cooking, eating together, having fun, extremely impressive. I want to come back again soon!

When I newly arrived, there was a problem with the slow flow of the faucet. The shower has a problem as well. After maintenance, everything is very ok and never had a problem again. Every house has a private swimming pool and enough car parking for residents. The interior is well designed, and comes with built-in furniture. However, the location is not okay situated in Kamala, which is far from the amenities. The atmosphere is quiet and safe.

I stayed at this project for 6 months now as it is close to my office, Kamala Beach, Phuket Fantasea, and Big C. In the beginning, I wasn't familiar with how narrow the entrance is. Luckily, the road in the project is quite wide, secured with guards and CCTV. The house we rented is a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and complete luxurious furniture, so there is no need to add anything. There is a large and clean private swimming pool in front of the house. Reasonable rental price! I think that I will extend my contract.
