Super complex - Largest of its kind

This is the largest residential project in Rama 9 but it still offers an attractive sales price. Although not modern but ideally for people that work in this area. Connected to Rama9 and Ratchadapisek. Its has some retail shops inside and is very vibrant

Nice condo units with unobstructed views of Bangkok on Rama IX road. Well-maintained, and a friendly staff. A few good restaurants and a 7-Eleven in the complex. Great pool with a view. It's a 20 minute walk to the metro and Central Plaza mall, so you'll have to get some exercise or get acquainted with the motorbike taxis, if you don't have a car. Also, it's quite close to the RCA club district, so weekends can be a bit noisy.
