A new project close to 2 MRT stations

It is a new project located between Sutthisan MRT and Huai Khwang MRT. It is more convenient for people who own a private car because there are numerous routes that can take you to various destinations. It is close to a variety of amenities, including 7-Eleven, restaurants, and street foods. I personally love the 2-bedroom functions since it is private and expansive, as well as meets those who love cooking because the kitchen zone is separated, ensuring you won’t be annoyed with the smells. The balcony is spacious where I can plant the trees. Besides, it meets my needs for WFH. The monthly installment is not more than 20K, which meets my requirements at a reasonable price.
