I'm a doctor at Kluaynamthai Hospital. I'm looking for a condo for sale in this area because my home is a long distance from my workplace, so I want to buy a condo to live in during working days. I had the opportunity to see the room. I like a 2 bedroom condo because I want to separate another room for the dressing room, and each room is fully furnished, which is ready to move in. The thing that I am really impressed with is the project's facilities as it is comprehensive, including a swimming pool, yoga room, sauna, library, meeting room, and 24 hr. security system. Furthermore, this condo is only 350 meters from my workplace, so I can easily walk there. It is also close to a range of amenities, such as shopping malls, hospitals, schools, universities, and BTS Station. I have many reasons why I did not hesitate to buy this condo.
