Nice condo in Kathu area.

The best condo in the Kathu area. The room is a one-bedroom, and residents have access to large common areas such as a swimming pool, parking, and a fitness center. The neighbors are nice. The project is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and a fresh market. It is also easy to travel. Close to Central Festival Phuket and takes about 10 minutes to get to Patong Beach.

I rented a room here for three months. After talking to the owner of the room, I decided to buy it. The room that I purchased is a fully-furnished 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, the size is suitable for 1-2 people. The price is reasonable. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is a bit small, but the other facilities are well maintained. The wifi is high-speed. Convenient location in the Kathu area, near Phuket Country Club Golf Course and Prince of Songkla University - Phuket Campus.
