A super good location, Central and just next to Jomtien Night Market on the beach road "the best area in Jomtien"! My apartment is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. Fully equipped with a kitchen. Also, my apartments are a short walk away (200 meters) from the main road where they have many taxis from only 20 baht and take you all around the city, easy to get on and drop off. The apartment located next to Jomtien Night Market and 200 meters from the beach, a nice pool on the roof and the ground floor (game room, fitness ), and a nice balcony. My apartment has a washing machine on the balcony. Best location on Jomtien beach in a very quiet area, linking to all destinations and only a few km to Pattaya city for only 10 baht. The apartment is held in a foreign name, can also do finance.

The condo here is a low-rise, only 8 floors. You can sit and watch the sunset on the balcony. There are several swimming pools. My favorite part of the facilities is the rooftop pool as it is facing the sea. Suitable for relaxation! The atmosphere here is relaxing, quiet, and has 24 hours security. The living room is quite spacious. You can walk to Jomtien Beach and night market. It only takes about 5-10 minutes. If anyone is looking for affordable accommodation near the beach, I recommend this place. It's a great condo in Pattaya !!
