The condo has a great value for people looking for a condo to live in or for investment. This project is distinctive because of its location. It's easy to travel as it's close to both Siam, Sathorn, and Silom area. But it would be best if you were careful about traffic jams because it can be hectic throughout the day. The project is outstanding since the exterior is in a modern style with the rounded glass corners emphasizing the use of black and gold to represent luxury, and the use of color arrangement to modernize the building. The project also focuses on many green areas, a resting place, and a large garden to chill out in the evening. The design of the common area is pretty good. It served residents needs of all ages. My husband spends his time in a gym, which occupies 2 floors with almost 20 pieces of equipment. Sometimes he has a small party with neighbors at the Social Club & Wine Bar while enjoying the panoramic view. Our kid loves to use the swimming pool and library for tutoring. In family time, we love to stay together at the rooftop for the sunset, which is an incredible view that makes us speechless. The room is decorated in a luxurious style and focuses on the use of black and gray. The materials are well-selected to meet the standard. Our room is a two-bedroom unit with 66 square meters, so it is spacious and fully functional. We can place a dining table for 4 people on the corner to sit, yet there is space left. Inside the Master bedroom's bathroom, there is also a bathtub, and the highlight is a semi-outdoor terrace in every room so we can relax there. Overall, it is very good. Apart from the distinctive design, the project is in a good location, close to various shopping centers such as Chamchuri Square, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon, which is very suitable for the new generation these days.
