Good location, easy to find something to eat

I bought a room in this condo about a year ago. I'm very impressed with the location because several restaurants are open day and night, serving food of different styles at reasonable prices cos there are many foreigners here. By the way, it's only 5 minutes drive to Centralplaza Rama 3. My room is a 1 bedroom unit, beautifully decorated and spacious. The most important thing is that the common area is well-designed, always clean, and ready to use, whether a swimming pool, a fitness center, sauna, etc. No worries about transportation because the Thanon Chan BRT station is less than 800 meters away. You can also get off at Sathorn BRT and transfer to Chong Nonsi BTS. It's very convenient.
