My dad bought this condo for me when I was an exchange student in 2014. It is a small condo; the unit area is about 29.70 sq.m. and suitable for 1-2 people, or even a couple. I stayed with my sister as she moved to Thailand in 2015. My dad bought a studio room with fully-furnished furniture. Although the room is small, the built-in furniture decoration is well organized, which makes the room look spacious and airy. By the way, the common area is suitable for residents. There is a full range of facilities such as a greenery garden, swimming pool, a gym, elevators, CCTV cameras, and 24-hour security guards. At the end of the exchange student course, I got a working chance at Ramkhamhaeng where is not far from the condo. It is convenient to travel everywhere, but the traffic will be jam in the evening after work. People mostly drive and take their vehicles. For me, it is not a problem because my workplace is near to the condo. However, parking space is what I think to be a problem because there is limited parking space.
Good for worth renting investment

It is worth renting investment. I bought D condo Ramkhamhaeng 64 for a while, and I released this condo for those interested in renting for one bedroom. As I told you, it is very worth for investment, and the price is also affordable. For anyone looking for a cool condo located in the city or who is working in the Ramkhamhaeng area, I recommend D condo Ramkhamhaeng 64. It suits your needs. Inside, the room has a division room such as kitchen space, bathroom, and the living room, and overall is designed to be simple with a white tone, leading to look comfortable. The project, they have provided facilities inside the common area like the swimming pool, it is quite a big one and safe, gym, small garden, it is a relaxing place, and barbeque area, people can have a little party here. Moreover, the security system is good. But if anyone has pets like cats and dogs, they cannot have pets in the room.
Great condo at a resonable price

It's a great condominium at a reasonable price in a good location. You can get around easily staying here. Like me, on the weekend, I usually spend my time at shopping malls such as The Mall, Big C, Major Ramkhamhaeng, so that I've never got bored in my spare time. The location is not in the center of BKK, so you don't waste your time on the traffic. It's also not very far from downtown. For those who don't have a car, you may have fewer choices of traveling. You can get around bt Taxis, buses, and motorbikes. It's pretty far from Skytrain station. The nearest one is Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station, which takes about 15 mins driving. I stay in One-bedroom, which isn't very large but functional. The facilities include a gym, swimming pool, shop, and garden. I think it's worth buying it, considering its quality.
D condo is an acceptable price and the facilities are complete.

I am a master degree student at Assumption University. I want to find a reasonable condo that can travel easily. At first, I looked at many condos; the price was not as different as the student dormitory. Transportation is not very convenient. D condo is an acceptable price, and the facilities are complete. There is a large swimming pool, and the gym is fully equipped. I think it is worth more than other dormitories when calculating the expenses. My room is on the second floor, comes with full furniture and a clean and airy room, and people are not crowded. The Built-In kitchen comes in the right size and good quality. The condo is not very far from The Mall Bangkapi. You can connect transportation by car and boat to anywhere quickly in Bangkok. There are vans and minibus through in front of the condo all day, so you don't have to worry about transportation because it's accessible. The condo is next to many convenience stores nearby. The parking area is spacious. The disadvantage is that sometimes the traffic is terrible, especially in the evening. Overall, worth the price !!! It's suitable for us to rent yearly. Feels okay and worth the amount paid.

The reason that I chose this project is an acceptable and reasonable price. The location of the condo is great, convenient, and easy to go to university. The room that I bought is a studio room in which the area is about 29.7 square meters. I live alone, considered an area that is currently okay with this room size. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are divided into areas. The common area of the building has a swimming pool, fitness center, garden. I've found very kind staff such as a security guard who always asks and pays attention since I have to do university activities, I often come back late. And most of the neighbors who live are working-age and students. So during the day, the condo is quite quiet. The condo location is near the Mall Ramkhamhaeng, Foodland, and when you want to travel in a rush hour, there is close to a pier Khlong Saen Saeb (express boat) 's also close to the airport link.
Affordable condo for investment

I have a small rental business for houses and condominiums in Bangkok. When I visited the project, I took some time to do some research on the project as I was afraid that I couldn’t find potential clients. But when I went through the project details, I found that it is situated in a perfect location near Rankhamheang University which is a bustling area. It’s convenient for food and transportation. Finally, I decided to buy 2 rooms here, and it doesn’t disappoint me at all. I always have clients reserving the room and most of them can potentially afford the payment. Also, all of my tenants seem happy living here because the room provides privacy and peaceful atmosphere. They can also use a gym, a swimming pool, and other facilities in the project. Besides, the rooms are functional and have a clear space although the size is not large. There are living zone, a bedroom, and a kitchen divided clearly so the tenants can cook conveniently. If you are looking for a condominium suitable for investment, I would recommend the project because it’s affordable and you won’t lose money for sure!
