Great location, easily walk able to the BTS and surrounding area. Can enter through the Interchange building to walk when its raining. The units are quite expensive and some are rather small. Pool is very nice!
Easy and convenient transportation

Suppose I have to work in the center of Bangkok. The first thing that I will consider is easy and convenient transportation. I intend to choose Edge Sukhumvit because it responds to this point. The project is close to the Asoke BTS and the Sukhumvit MR, so I don't need to use a car to work anymore. Cut down, fed up feelings on traffic jams every day. But if someone uses a private car, I can only recommend that you have to provide a lot of time to leave the condo. Because this intersection is the most traffic jam all day long, this condo is very close to shopping areas. The closest one is Terminal 21, Korea town, and it takes less than 20 minutes to walk. The next point is that I will consider the full facilities. Of course, this level of the condo must be complete, but what is better than others is that it adds a high level of the lobby. It has fun features decorated with beautiful neon lights at night, and a floating swimming pool overlooking the view. The city has been 180 degrees ever, both in the room. The common area is designed and arranged in a very proportionate area. My room is a one-bedroom, it is quite small and suitable for 1-2 people. The kitchen comes complete with good quality furniture. The room door is a Digital Door Lock system ideal for the grade and price of the condo. The disadvantage, as I said at first, is that the traffic area in rush hour. Overall, I'm impressed. And the staff take care of the residents very well.

I have been here for two years. When I came to Thailand, I rented about three months earlier because I came to start doing business in Thailand. When my business was successful, I decided to buy one unit at Edge Sukhumvit 23 because it is convenient for living and doing some business. Besides, it is near the shopping centers, Asoke and Sukhumvit BTS Stations. Comfortable to go everywhere, there are many shopping centers surrounded. However, the room is quite small, but the view is beautiful, and the atmosphere in the condo is tranquil as well.

The condo is in the heart of the city with a beautiful city view at night. I am impressed with the condo's view, but I ask for criticizing that the area is a bit limited. Concerning the facilities that the project provides, they are well-equipped. My room is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen area beside the living room. It is convenient, no need to walk too far, and is suitable for lazy people like me. The condo is near Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS, so that I can walk there conveniently as I see that renting the Edge Sukhumvit 23 condo with my friend is very worthwhile. The facilities are conducive to every lifestyle every day because the condo is close to my office, which I also use public transport like MRT or BTS every day, so I feel quite okay with it. There are many areas nearby because the condominium is located in the center of prosperity, such as Terminal 21 Emporium and Emquartier, which are the famous department stores in Thailand. Also, close to Samitivej Hospital, I don't have to worry. It's convenient if I get sick any day. It is close to the hospital, only 2 kilometers away. Lastly, my friend and I like the Edge Sukhumvit 23 condo because it perfectly meets the needs and would recommend anyone looking for a condo in ​​Sukhumvit or Asoke. This is close to all facilities.

First of all, I would like to say that I decided to live in this project with a good location. An excellent location means it is convenient to go everywhere within a few minutes by transportations without taking my private car. I have to work in the Asoke area and my sister studies at Srinakharinwirot University. So, it was the right choice to stay here because the opposite of the project; has an Interchange 21 building connected with the Asok BTS sky train and Sukhumvit MRT subway and has many shops like the restaurant, drugstore, and convenience stores. Also, there are motorbike and taxi services in Soi Sukhumvit 23 that you can take their services all day and all night. The project is decorated with a new modern generation style using a multi-color. The room's space is quite good; there is a swimming pool, gym, steam room, library, etc. Also, it is possible to go to Terminal 21 mall just by walk. What I consider that will be the problem is the project location is close to Soi Cowboy, which is an alley of nightlife. It might make some noise, and another thing is a limited parking space that not enough for all residents. Anyways, if focusing on living at a convenient place even though it a day busy route, that can be saving time to enjoying our life after off work.

I bought this condo because I needed a second home near my workplace and for investment. I like the location as it is convenient to travel by BTS. I didn’t need to get stuck in heavy traffic to work and back home. When I lived there, I was satisfied with my place because I liked the luxurious design and decoration. I think the juristic persons have very good management. They are so friendly and helpful. The common area is well maintained and ready to be used. My room is a one-bedroom type. It is not spacious, but not too cramped. The building is quite quiet; I barely heard noisy neighbors except when using the pool. But that’s not a big deal as it has opening-closing time. What I like the most is the accessible location to MRT and BTS. I barely used my car, plus, I can manage time better. Unfortunately, my career has changed, and I had to leave Thailand to work abroad to rent my condo. It got me a bit worry whether I can find a tenant in a very tight time. Luckily, soon after I launched the ads, there were many potential tenants interested in my room. Most of them were expats working in the area of Sukhumvit - Asoke so I can negotiate with them. Since the location of the project, surrounded by offices and famous malls, and fully-equipped facilities are advantages, and I don’t need to worry much when I rent out.
Great condo in the prime area

The main reason that I chose this condo is because of its location. I consider that it's suitable for me because I'm tired of the traffic jam. When I stay here, I no longer waste my time on the road as I can walk to my office. Besides, there are many shopping malls in the area such as Emporium, Emquartier, and Terminal 21. There are many luxurious brands which please shopaholic person like me. If I want to let my hair down after work, there are also various pubs and bars choices. The room that I stay in is one-bedroom. It's not that large, but it's not a problem for those who stay alone. The place is fully-furnished, so it's easy to settle. I stay on the lower floor so that Jasmine City building blocks the city view. I'd recommend choosing the higher floor for those who want to admire the city view. For me, I don't mind the view because I spent most of the time outside. The design is modern, which I like. The facilities meet my needs, including a gym, a swimming pool, and a terrace. The price is a bit expensive, considered with the small room size, but it's worth paying. In case, if in the future, you need to relocate, it's not hard to sell or rent out the place.

I work in the Sukhumvit area and choose to stay here because it’s very convenient to travel to work. The room is decorated in a modern luxurious style. The furniture is a premium standard. The project is located near Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, making the traffic jam problem in the city far away from me. The common area has many facilities such as the large swimming pool, well-equipped gym, etc. There is also a famous department store nearby where we can go shopping and buy happiness for ourselves.
