The one-bedroom units here are luxurious and beautiful, which uses marble to decorate the floor and bathroom. Space is divided into the right proportions. As for the furniture, each item is well built-in. The common area of ​​this place is planted with very shady trees. The project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 10, where you can find many shops and restaurants around, near Asoke BTS as well.
New condo near Benjakitti Park

I love this project and already booked the room. I am a bicycle enthusiast. This place suits me as it is close to Benjakitti Park and Lumpini Park, convenient for those who like exercising and doing outdoor activities. As I visited the project gallery, I was interested in it and decided to book it. It is not only close to the park, but it is also tranquil. The project site includes lush green gardens and many trees, which are shady and release our stresses and away from the city's bustling area. Apart from that, it is convenient in all matters such as traveling and close to amenities. Everything is complete and not far from the project. Only 400 meters of driving departs from Soi Sukhumvit 10, and you will reach restaurants, shopping malls, and Asok BTS, which is very convenient! For me, I think the location is good and suits the price. The room is also good, great value!
