Prime location with improving infrastructure

Project was 100% sold out few years back due to the prime location. In the past years the infrastructure around this project has improved significantly, you are neighbors with the Hyatt regency and Sofitel(like 50 meters away).

Hyde 13 is located at the beginning of the Soi 13, it got an easy access to the BTS Station Nana, directly through the new hotel Hyatt - you can easily reach the station BTS without go out of the building, that's very convenient. The building got also finger prints at the entrances to avoid any Non welcome person to go in. Swiningpool is super long, it's ideal if you swim. The quality in general is excellent.

I have been living here with my family, wife, and son for almost two years. It was a great choice that I chose here, and I feel glad. Before deciding to buy here, we inspected various projects, and the main reason we focus on is the project location area; Hyde Sukhumvit 13, is all our needs. It is convenient to go to work and school, although the project is located in the middle of the traffic chaos. If you don't want to drive a car, you can take public transportation such as the Nana BTS Station, which is very close. Also, there are motorbike services in front of the project, such the best choice in the rush hour. The size of the room is quite huge-with the luxurious interior. We bought a condo with fully-furnished because we don't want to look for other furniture. The essential thing that we love most is about 24-hrs security guard. The surrounding is also very safe because you can only use the key card to enter your room and the common area. Besides, there are not many rooms on each floor as the project organizes with limited rooms. Moreover, it gives us a great chance to meet many new neighbors, and we can have a deal to hang out every Saturday. We can discuss or even have a small meeting in the entertainment room, movie room, and barbeque area. Furthermore, our kids can spend their time in the playroom as well, even the project surrounding area itself has many amenities, such as shopping malls, convenience stores, hospitals, and parks.

Super luxurious Condo! I love the design and function, which makes me feel so comfortable. My room is big and convenient enough for single living because it’s not too large. The space is functional, so I can have a party with my friends without feeling cramped and be noisy to neighbors as the layout of my room is well-managed. What I like about the project is a material selection from leading brands which is durable and adjustable. So, living here helps me relieve stress from work so much. For the common area, the juristic person can maintain it excellently. But the pool shape is too narrow to swim in the opposite direction, which is shameful. The corridor is dim because it is decorated with black stone. But overalls is fine. The location is super convenient because it is situated on the main road of the Sukhumvit, in the center of Nana. There is a Nana BTS station nearby. So, staying here helps me get rid of transporting.

I bought a condo in 2016 to run the business with my husband. Other condominium developments surround the project's location. The economy is growing. Moreover, there are various shops, restaurants, and shopping malls surrounded. Besides, there are numerous types of transportation services as well. All these matters bring us happier. I immediately bought a one-bedroom condo because the living area is fit and suitable for couples. All furniture provided is beautiful, durable, and long-lasting. One thing that is considered a problem is that the communal pool is too narrowed to swim. It will cause an accident while many people swim at the same time.
The project is luxurious and furnished with greatly excellent quality products.

My husband just moved to this place for a few months, and he sent me some pictures. I was so impressed since I first saw its pictures. Later I moved here. It's so incredible. The project is luxurious and furnished with greatly excellent quality products. We plan to live in Thailand for a while, so we need high class and convenient accommodation. I am not satisfied with using cars in big cities and stuck on the road for a long time. We can walk to department stores very conveniently just about 5-10 minutes to Terminal 21 or go to Siam in only less than 20 minutes by sky train (Asok BTS). The room is spacious and comfortable suitable for 3-4 people. Sometimes we have friends and family visiting, and there are enough rooms for our guests. Whether you are hosting a party in the room or requesting common areas, you can always reach out to staff. The pool is large and clean. I'm so impressed and here is a price worth paying
