The special launch price is very attractive. I was under the impression that Ananda was targeting the middle market rather than the elite class. The cost of a one-bedroom is reasonable while maintaining the concept of luxury, which is beautifully and modernly decorated. It provides valuable and comprehensive facilities for both children and adults, as well as those who must work from home. The location is very convenient, close to Bang Phlat MRT, which is just a short walk away, and shopping centers are only 5 minutes away, while Central Pinklao is about a 10-minute drive away.
