The showroom has indeed a "space" kind of look with tinted mirrors and shiny decorations. The loft unit on site is nice but the price points for the project are not realistic. Rama 9 is the new central business district of Bangkok and a hotspot for the white collar working class. Its also very congested and traffic is awful. Recommended to live here if mass transportation is your thing. Overall this is an area that never sleeps. Central Rama 9 is on walking distance and may shopping complexes along Ratchada road. the project is situated at the beginning of Rama 9 CBD and 10 min away from Sukhumvit rd
