Mono Residence is known as one of the best investment projects in Phuket. There are various outstanding and attractive offers. I think it's worth the investment and can definitely make a profit. It also has a rather unusual Japanese-style decoration. The selection of the various materials is considered quite good quality. The project is currently under construction. I think that if it is finished, it will be beautiful and popular. The location is not considered great and close to the community, not crowded. It takes only 5-10 minutes from Bang Tao Beach by car.
