Excellent location, next to the main road

The project is right next to the main road in a convenient neighborhood. On the opposite side, there are both restaurants and convenience stores. Not far from Patong Beach and about 5 minutes to Patong Center. The project is an 8-story building with complete facilities. The rooftop has a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a shuttle bus to the beach. The staff here are lovely and welcoming. The interior of the room is wide, decorated in the condo-style. There are a small kitchen corner and a bedroom, very cold air conditioner. But unfortunately, the TV is outside the bedroom, making it difficult to watch.

The location is near Patong Beach. The room is small, but the interior is beautiful decoration, allocated the areas in perfect zones. Besides, there are complete facilities such as the swimming pool, a garden, and a restaurant with various food options, delicious, and fresh ingredients to eat. Plus, the condo staff provides excellent services. There is also a daily room cleaning service. It's what I'm really impressed with. Overall, it is worthwhile and suitable for the price.

Patong location is extremely called a busy area, and the condo is quite small for a family. It is suitable for 2 people only. The room decor is very nice. The swimming pool is clean. It is hotel-managed, so it gets busy sometimes. However, the project facilities are very good, comprising a swimming pool, a gym, and an on-site restaurant. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, and many taxis are passing the whole day. Therefore, it is easy to travel. You also don't worry about food because of the location surrounded by many restaurants. It is good value for money, but the downside is that it is very noisy during the high season !!

I bought a 2-bedroom unit here for renting out. Since then, I have received a good response from our clients as its location near Patong Beach and Jungceylon Shopping Center. Convenient transportation to the city, and not far from Kamala Beach. The project provides hotel management. There is a receptionist to take care of customers. Also, there is a gym, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a garden, elevators, making the residents feel comfortable to stay every time.
