Good condo at affordable price

I'm not disappointed in choosing this project. The main reason behind my decision is about an affordable price. The condo itself may not look luxurious but still meet the standard, in line with the price. There is only one type for the room, and the size is not very wide but well-allocated. The room comes with partly furnished but a partition. So I bought it myself, worrying that the food smells might be disturbing. The balcony is not very wide, but it can also place a washing machine with the water system and the power outlet installed. The atmosphere around the project is also very shady, with three areas scattered in the garden. I really like it. However, the parking lot is quite small, and worried that it might be insufficient for the residents. Overall, if you compare it with the price, it is considered very worthwhile.
