The new condo close to MRT station

I was looking for a condo in the Ratchada area at an affordable price, and I came across this condo. Not only at a reasonable price, but this condo is also situated in a great location which is worthwhile for renting. It is also just a few minutes away from Huai Khwang MRT, restaurants, office buildings, and the CBD area, so it’s an attractive option for the investor as well. The project is full of facilities, like a swimming pool, fitness center, lounge, garden, parking lot, and 24 hours security system with CCTV. I had the opportunity to view the one-bedroom sample room online via VR 360 and was impressed, so I decided to book immediately. For anyone looking for a new condo in this area, I think this place is very suitable for living.
