I've been looking for a new condo near my workplace. Then, I came across this condo that my friend suggested. It is still under construction, but I can see the room layout and other information like the location and project facilities. After reading all the information, I would say it is interesting. There are various room types, ranging from studio-2 bedroom units with full furniture. What caught my eye is the facilities like a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and a rooftop lounge. Plus, the location is quite convenient in the area where it is easy to find food. It is close to 7-Eleven, Big C, Saphan Khwai, and Mingkwan Market, etc. As for me, I quite like this place. For those who are looking for a condo with a low price, I would recommend this one.
