Beautifully decorated & Represents modernity

Beautifully decorated, the room represents modernity. There is only an 8-story, with there are not too many units. It is quiet and uncrowded, providing very good privacy to all residents. The room I live in is a 1-bedroom decorated with high-quality built-in furniture and suitable for 1-2 people. Although the balcony is a bit small, the interior is airy and well-proportioned. The common area is located on the rooftop. Unfortunately, the communal pool is narrow. However, there is a greenery garden and able to chill in the evening, it's fantastic! Transportation here is also convenient as it is about 10 minutes from BTS Ekkamai. I can drive a car, and there are enough parking spaces. Amazingly, there is a special parking system, so it doesn't waste much time. The nearby places are also convenient, including Gateway Ekamai, Big C Ekkamai, and many convenience stores. If anyone is looking for a condo in the center of the city, I recommend it because it is a good choice and worth the price.

A small project with only 8 floors in Soi Pridi Banomyong 31, located close to my office, making it convenient to travel. There is an outdoor pool, a garden area, and a small fitness room on the rooftop. The interior of the room is decorated in a modern style. It has 1 bedroom with a small kitchen corner for cooking. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet, and the neighbors who live here are mostly working-age people that makes the daytime in the condo very quiet.

I am the one who decided to buy a room in this condo because I love the atmosphere and there are only a few units. It makes the atmosphere nice and high-privacy. It is a new condominium project located in the city center close to Ekkamai BTS station. The project has been designed to be modern and pleasant. There is also a wide range of project facilities as well as other projects in the city center. These facilities include a communal pool, garden, and a communal gym. The guards here are friendly and very responsible. In general, it is the right choice for metropolitans who love peace and privacy as the people here are not crowded.
The condo is beautiful and of great value.

It is a nicely decorated condo in the heart of Ekkamai that I like. It gives more than just a condo because everything is provided. The rooms are designed in a modern minimalist style. The room area is spacious and has perfect proportions, great value! Anyway, a saltwater pool is what I'm impressed with, and the international standard security system is excellent. In addition, it is close to Thonglor BTS station. It is accessible everywhere.
