Excellent location, just walk a few minutes to many restaurants and bars, and next to Nai Harn Lake. Nai Harn beach is about 10 minutes away. It is a quiet and private beach. I love to sunbathe and swim here. The overall condition of the condo is good. The fitness center has complete equipment, only few people use it, and the pool is clean. One weakness is the noise from building construction, so it makes me feel stressed. The bedroom is a decent size and beautifully decorated, looks very modern, and the furniture is complete and easy to use. There is a balcony that extends from the bedroom. You can go there via the bedroom and sip wine while enjoying the view of the garden. Overall it’s good, but I would like to recommend you to recheck the schedule first as you should avoid the construction period.
