This project does offer cozy units with functional storage spaces. Its perfect for singles or young couples who work in the area. The prices are a bit on the high side and does not reflect in the quality of the materials and finishing. It has sufficient facilities to cater your social needs such as exercise

Respond to working women's needs like me. I work in graphic design. I rented this condo for a year, with the building's design that is very impressive to me, and with the technology that is limitless like this. It can access everything with your fingertips. That I like this project because the technology is very responsive to my needs, whether it is an IBOX system or a Smart Delivery system. This system will help receive parcels when we are away and brought stuff to iBox, and we can be receiving for 24 hours by ourselves, in case we come back home. The juristic person is not there, and then we can pick up by yourself by using the OTP that will be sent in SMS when we have the parcel comes, which is very good. Because I like shopping online, when the delivery arrives, don't worry at all. It is very cool. The inside of the room is beautifully decorated with an elegant and stylish color tone making it beautiful to live as well. The common area is complete and modern such as a swimming pool with a Saltwater system, Jacuzzi, fitness, and a beautiful garden surrounding the building. It makes me feel comfortable to see. In terms of security, this is so amazing. They have a Double security System that continually monitors and makes residents feel safe. If something goes wrong, the system will send the information to the center of Sansiri, and there will be staff to help. The project is located near many famous department stores and close to public transport. We also can travel comfortably, so it is very suitable for my lifestyle. For anyone interested in the condominium that is more than complete, must be here.

It is a high-rise condo with 38 floors occupying the rooftop area with a swimming pool, fitness room, and a panoramic viewpoint. I live with my boyfriends, and we rarely spend much time in the room. We often come to sit in the common area after work because it is more spacious and comfortable. The room is a 1 bedroom. The kitchen area is too small, but we rarely cook much, so it's not a problem. Getting too many Bangkok places is easy as the condo is only about 350 meters from Rama 9 MRT Station.

Living here makes life different. It's so much fun and happy. This is a luxurious project by Sansiri, which has many facilities and innovative technologies for residents. There is also a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a very stylish and luxurious lounge. My 1-bedroom unit comes with an en-suite bathroom and an open-space kitchen connecting to the balcony. Located conveniently close to Rama 9 MRT and Central Plaza Rama 9, which is only 450 meters away.
The room is wide and the high angle view that is very beautiful.

The project team has contacted me that the residents here want to clean and repair the air conditioner. I'm an air conditioner technician who fixed it here. It was very beautiful. The room offered a city view, and the weather is nice. The common area and building designs are attractive. Apart from that, the room interior is lovely and pleasant, beautifully decorated. The furniture is also good of quality. Besides, the room is not too narrow and can gain daylight, not hot. I asked the room's owner why the room was not hot. They told me that the room uses UV protection glass and reduces the outside noises well. I think it is excellent!
