The project is situated in a peaceful and quiet area in front of a tennis court. There is no tall building around, so it won't block the view from the tennis court. This condo is very new and located in a good location, convenient to go to Bali Hai Pier, South Pattaya Beach in 5 minutes. Inside the project, a complete common area includes a garden, gym, and swimming pool on floor 9 gives a magnificent view. On the 15th floor, there is a rooftop with a lounge bar. The project has many rooms, from a studio to 6 bedrooms. My 1-bedroom unit is 46 square meters, which is suitable for one or two residents. There is a small kitchen corner for a quick meal. There is a separate living room with built-in furniture; the materials meet the standard. The room prices are affordable compared to what you should get. It is suitable for long-term investment because many tourists are looking for daily and monthly rental. I think it will give good long-term returns.
