Good condo at a reasonable price for students

The condo here is clean, and the management system is efficient. A swimming pool, parking, and fitness facilities are available. Most significantly, the rental fee meets the price point. The cost is very acceptable for students. I've been here since I was a first-year student, and it's nearly over. I feel cozy like I'm at home. The room is a one-bedroom with the sizes of the bedroom and living room area well balanced. There is a mini kitchen where you can prepare meals, and everything was fully furnished by the room's owner such as a microwave, a pan, dishes, and other amenities were provided. The property location is excellent, as it is in the neighborhood. There are many shops and restaurants in the close surroundings. And it's even more convenient because 7-Eleven, Tesco Lotus, and Supercheap are just a few steps away. The university is close as well, and it's only a 10-minute drive away.
