Great and peaceful just opposite Rawai beach

Nice modern studio well equipped in a beautiful and quiet residence. Beautiful and large 2 swimming pools, a fitness, and sauna. Great location, just opposite Rawai beach. Very convenient for people who don’t want to drive in Phuket. Out of the residence, on the promenade, plenty of delicious Thai seafood and Western restaurants, massage shops (Kim Massage) and groceries. A gypsy village where you can buy fresh seafood and the restaurants will cook them for you!!! Note that you can’t swim Rawai beach, you need to go to Naiharn beach with the shuttle bus from the residence.
I love here, would definitely come back again!!

The atmosphere of the condo is absolutely for relaxation. There are huge green spaces in the project inspired by the green of the trees and the swimming pool's blue. It makes me feel like a real resort. The room is a 1-bedroom at 47 sq.m. The living space is perfect. There is a kitchen corner, dining table, living room, and bedroom. The room floor is made of real teak wood, and the materials meet the standard. There are 3-swimming pools here, which the kids will definitely like. Plus! The surroundings are shady, quiet, and very chill. The security staff also has good service. The project is located opposite Rawai beach, just walking across the road. Next to the project, there are also many convenience stores and seafood restaurants, and within 15 minutes drive, you can get to Kata and Karon beach, which are really amazing!
