An affordable rental cost.

This project has an affordable rental cost, and everything is convenient. There is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and playground. The only downfall is that the justice staff are not as friendly as they should be. The room that my family and I stayed in has 2 bedrooms, spacious and well divided, beautifully decorated and comfortable because it has all the furniture and appliances. The location is good, near Jomtien Beach, only 5 minutes walk. In this neighborhood, there are varieties of restaurants and cafes.
