This is easy living and as a condo owner you are entitled to use the beachfront swimming pools and relax area of the hotel. The hotel also offers spa, rooftop bars, cafes and 2 restaurants . Its a very popular weekend destination for bangkok residents and the hotel is fully booked every weekend. It is also a home away from home at the beach, with dining and winding options everywhere. Fresh seafood at your doorstep. The area is also increasingly popular with watersports like sailing ,windsurfing, kiting and paddle boards etc. Several schools and clubs are offering these activities , as well as the big Ocean Marina that is a yachting marina. Weekly regattas and bigger events. The condo is 33 m2, high ceilings, large windows and large sliding doors to the balcony gives you a feeling of space and volume. Its also very bright and comes with a fully equipped bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a nice queen size bed, a nice sofa, oak table and a very nice glass kitchen table. 2 aircons. Curtains included. You will need to buy a tv, a wardrobe if you wish, 2-3 kitchen chair and some interior details to give it your touch. The wall between the living room and the wall between the bedroom and bathroom are in glass and frosted glass, with huge sliding doors. Very stylish. If you look at booking.com or agoda.com etc you will see that you can easily have a income of 2000-3000 bath every night in the weekends on these condos if you wish so. There you will also see pictures how to decorate the final touches of the condo to make it very stylish . This week there has been 20-40 sailors, windsurfer and kiters on the water, and I belive this area is developing towards a sporting hub. 100 meters walk and you are on jomtien beach road , in the other direction the beach all the way to bang saray. If you google veranda residence pattaya or na jomtien , you will see hundreds of pictures of this project. Its popular among photographers because of all the design details, the good light and the unikness of the project. So have a feast and enjoy. Also videos on youtube. I sell at 3,1 mill bath and it is a discounted price to promote a quick sale. I decided to do it this way as I make a small gain on the currency pairing at the moment. So as long as the Tbh remains strong I can offer this good deal. So be quick. There are no new true beachfront project to be had in the future here, and it is a great condominium.
