I have stayed here multiple times and these units are sold construction, you don't often see that kind of high quality construction in Pattaya. Spacious and materials are sustainable. This is absolutely worth an investment for long term or end users. Its hard to beat this kind price and product combination

There is no place better than this condo. The condo is very convenient because of the best location and convenient for traveling to various places in Pattaya. There are many night markets in the neighborhood; just a 10 minute walk away. It also has a lot of restaurants and food. You don't have to worry about the location at all. The room I was in offers a sea view and a spacious balcony suitable for 1-2 people. Also, the common area is complete. Even though the condo looks a bit old, I think the price is very ok when I renovate compared to the location. Buying for investing and renting for a long time is worth it!
