The sea view villas are of great value.

I was looking for a fully functional and beautiful villa, and then I came across one of the villas in Pa Khlok. It matched my needs and recently completed villa. With the project itself, you can see the sea view as far as your eye can see. I think it is very worthwhile. The project has been designed in a variety of styles and sizes. We can choose according to our needs. I chose 2 bedrooms with a usable area of ​​132 square meters, which is considered quite spacious. There are also many facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, spa, sauna, gym, and parking lot. It is complete here.

The master plan is beautiful and all units are stylish decorated. The view is truly breathtaking and the project is located in a nice secluded area. The design and layout is perfect - well done. A minus would be the price point which is really unjustified at this stage. Due to the price point this project will have lost of empty units. On the east side of phuket and excluded from any Tsunami danger. the waters are quite because of less maritime traffic in this bay

I'm looking for an investment property, and at the same time, it should be a vacation home when I get bored of the city. I had a chance to visit the model villa of this project. I was impressed by the design, space, and functions that were carefully selected. It is designed to be a modern, airy, and spacious villa with good ventilation. There is a private swimming pool with a panoramic sea view. The villa is super private, and you don't need to worry about investment because there is a world-class management team to take care of. The villas are secured as standard. Travel is considered easy; it takes 20 minutes from International Airport Phuket to the project.
