Kata Gardens - great place to stay!

A great find, located on the hill between Kata Noi and Kata Beaches. Quiet and green residence with 2 common pool and fitness. Low density residence will only 3 apartments per building. A new restaurant called Issara just recently opened and served excellent Thai fusion cuisine. Location is perfect as in the middle of Kata and Kata Noi – both beaches can be reached by walking and several restaurants and grocery stores along the way.

My friend and I stay here in a 2-bedroom unit on the second floor with a garden view. The room is fully furnished with a kitchen so that I can cook. Sometimes, I buy ingredients to cook or sip wine and chill on the balcony. The rental price is worth paying. The staff is hospitable, and the facilities are complete such as a pool, a gym, a bar, and a restaurant. The location is ideal for getting to Kata Noi Beach, just 5 minutes. Everything is so perfect here. I would recommend the condo if you are looking for an affordable place. It's near many beaches of Phuket Island. This condo is 1 of the 5 options for sure.
