One of Phukets oldest projects on the best land in kamala

The project is located on the headland in Kamala making this estate very unique. There is one large pool in the main common area of the project and another smaller plunge pool in the garden. Less than a 2 minute walk to Kamala Beach. There is an oceanfront restaurant attached to the project. Unit density is low so there is plenty of green space. As the project is old, there are virtually no facilites outside of the pool. There is a small private beach in the project where at high tide you can swim but low tide it is rocky. If you like paddle boarding you can just straight into the ocean from here.

It is located in a quiet corner of Kamala with its own bit of nature and little beach. It is also right next to Kamala's main beach with all its restaurants and nightlife.

The house is close to the beach and at a reasonable price. Clean common areas and is quite vast and features a salt-chlorinated swimming pool, which is good for your health. The villa is in an antique style with a large balcony where we can sit and enjoy the view. The cottages here are part of the resort. Therefore there is service staff all the time and they take good care of us. The downside is that there are a lot of insects in the rainy season. The traveling is quite far from shops and malls. If you have your own car, it's only about 15 minutes drive to Patong Beach. I think that Patong has more complete facilities. Overall, I think the location is fair and worth the investment.
