The finishing and amenities are of the highest standard, with a functional unit layout. The project is a low density project and ideal for people that would like to live in privacy.

I saw the advertising of the project from online media. I felt very interested, so I went to the showroom and was impressed with the design. The project focuses on models that care about nature and residents. It is based on the Well Building Standard concept, such as water, lighting, the air in the project area humidity control, and the dust protection setting for both the building and the room. The design is decorated in white color that feels comfortable. Besides, the room looks very spacious. All furniture items in the room are built-in; kitchen appliances from Bosch Brand, such as a kitchen hood, an oven, and a refrigerator. Besides, bathroom products are from OTTO Brand. Compared to the room's width combined with the furniture in the room, it did not feel cramped; there is a lot of space left. Importantly, the project is located in the heart of Sathorn, which you do not have to worry about transportation because there will be Surasak BTS Station (450 m.). In the future, there will be Suksa Witthaya BTS Station as well. Also, it may be the right choice for investors because the Sathorn area is a business area as you know it, land price always getting higher and unable to expand in the future.

The other day I went to see an example of the Anil Sathorn 12 project, I want to know how this project can meet the health needs of urban people. and is there anything good for your health? and research. so I went back to think and decide a week later? agreed to reserve a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom room to bring the family to Bangkok to choose because of its convenient location, close to school, and work.
My child is on a run so I looked for a place to stay. with a lot of central close to the condo, there is a shopping mall that does not have to spend a lot of time on the journey. time to go shopping.
This project has a focus on health. take care of the water that has been screened for good there are PM 2.5 dust filters, auto parking, and many other things that are good for health. if the project is completed, when is it ready? will come back to review for condo bookings this time, rate 4 stars.

I decided to buy a room from Anil Sathorn 12 in January this month because my mother’s heath is my main concern. As she suffers from Chronic Disease, we were looking for somewhere near the hospitals to live. My need is to find a spacious condominium because my mother gets used to living in a single-detached house with a greenery garden. However, her current home is far from the hospital that she has her health checked. I don’t want to in a small condominium because it might be difficult for my mother to adjust and probably feel cramped. When I visit the showroom, I fancy the condo; I would say it’s beyond my expectation. I barely see any condo that focuses on applying new technology to maintain good health for the residents. Before buying another place downtown, I’m quite worried about PM 2.5 dust problem, so I thought this project is something affordable for me. I would rather pay for the excellent health and life quality of my family members that the hospital bills. The location also helps me plan my daughter’s education easier as it’s located near one of the schools I’m choosing for her. We don’t need to get up too early in the morning so that she could focus on her study and spend time with her grandma. It is also convenient for traveling by several BTS stations as well.

I'm looking for excellent accommodation in the Sathorn area. I contacted to inspect the sample room, and I liked the functionality design. Everything is very systematic. The security system is standard from the entrance to the bedroom door. The proportions and colors that come in the room are beautiful and high class, in white, cream, and gold tones. I like cooking and looking for a condo with a modern kitchen function. This place also answers the issue very well in a limited area. Furniture is imported of good quality. The most favorite is the common area. I would like to appreciate the architecture that is very thoroughly designed in the sky garden area and a large swimming pool that matches Bangkok's view. I think it is not difficult to travel around because it's about 500 meters to Surasak BTS. It is considered a good purchase of a good quality of life in Bangkok.
Condominuim for healthy lifestyle

In the next few years, I need to move there because of my job. Honestly, I’m worried because I have both allergies and asthma, so I start seeking for many condominiums and locations in advance. It is a pretty tough one as I put my health issue as my priority. Then I found Anil Sathorn Condominium, which suits my need. I’ve heard that the project has a special ventilation system, which makes the air in the project pure, making me less concerned about my health issues. Also, I work at the AIA Tower, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk, which I can protect myself from the pollution. I highly recommended for anyone with health problems like me. We may have to pay a little more, but if it’s about a health concern. I think it’s always worth it. Also, it’s a good idea for investment as it’s located in the prime area in which the price will steadily increase.

I saw the advertisement for this project from the website. It is very interesting because it is the first project in Thailand certified International WELL Building Institute from the United States. The concept is caring about healthcare such as air, food, water, and exercise area, etc. The decoration is beautiful as well, make it more comfortable and relax. The room size is also reasonable, divides the space into zones. The common area has a garden to get closer to nature. Anil Sathorn 12 is located in Sathorn; it is a prosperous place. This area is very convenient, close to famous schools such as Bangkok Christian College and Assumption Convent Silom School. There are hospitals nearby such as Saint Louis hospital BNH Hospital. The transportation is very convenient. There are Surasak BTS, Chong Nonsi BTS are not far away from the project. Plus, there will be a BTS station in the future (Suksawitthaya Station), close to the project. I must visit this project once I fly to Bangkok for a holiday.

I am another person who likes comfort, to make life easy and choose to live in a prosperous city like me. I also like luxury condos. It is in a location close to various facilities. Believe it or not!! Anil Sathorn Condo that I have booked is perfect. Meet all my needs close to a business near the shopping mall and restaurants. More importantly, it is convenient to travel anywhere, close to BTS, just a few steps away. Like in this condo, it will be in the matter of facilities, there is a swimming pool where we can see a very beautiful view. Most of the facilities are full like other condos, but here the main price is ten million. It Will be a little more unique and luxurious. You see, it's an automatic parking system, with Duo Robot picking up the car and delivering it to the elevator for valet parking. But for me, I wouldn't say I like to use cars because the neighborhood is very traffic jam; I prefer to travel with BTS, avoid traffic jams well. The room I chose is a 2 bedroom type, and the most special will have a bathtub in the main bathroom. Inside, the room is decorated in an elegant style. It comes with fully furnished. The room is spacious and uses furniture that matches the color scheme, and it is simple and elegant. There are only nine rooms on each floor. Not very crowded. Good location! Situated in the center of the business district (CBD). The design is unique in which developer teams pay attention to every construction detail. The common area's layout is perfect. The library is also impressive, where the interior has a mirror around the room. While reading books, you can see through the city view in 180 degrees. Besides, the facilities are equally eye-catching, especially the swimming pool (Semi-outdoor) and a gym, located on the 41st floor. No matter swimming or exercising, you enjoy the incredible view of Bangkok.
Moreover, the room plan is designed to be very proportionate, privacy, decorated with Built-in furniture. It looks spacious and clean. The materials and furniture are also imported from Belgium, yet there are only a few units. So I decided to book 1 unit for one-bedroom, the starting price is 11 million baht. I may buy it for rental another 1 unit shortly.
