I have been renting this condo for almost 2 years, and the contract was about to expire soon. But, I expect to extend the contract because of all the amazing here, especially the staff who give excellent service and very helpful as always. The lobby is very spacious, well decorated, modern, and doesn't look old at all. The swimming pool is also exquisite; many trees are decorated around the area, making me feel like staying at a resort, so relaxing. The room is spacious, filled with oriental-style furniture; the bed is soft. You can enjoy the superb city view. The condo location is good, near Ratchadamri BTS, convenient to travel, Highly recommended this condo.

Baan Rajprasong is a condominium that my family bought 8 years ago for investment. As it has been rented since then, I never had a chance to visit. Recently, the latest tenant moved out as he relocated back to his country, so I went to check the room and ended up asking my father to stay here. The condo has excellent privacy. Eight years ago, buying a condominium was new because I get used to living in a detached house, which is more spacious. But after moving in, I don’t feel any different because the room is so vast and functional, never feel uncomfortable living here. Also, there is no high-rise building nearby, which probably blocks the view. The decoration is resort-like, which I like. So, it is relaxing and peaceful. The Baan Rajprasong is not a new project but well maintained. For example, you can try modern exercise equipment in the gym. The pool is not basically for exercise, but it’s huge and in good condition. For transportation, I would say it’s in a perfect location for me. I always use the Ploenchit road as the main road. For parking space, there are enough lots so I can always find one for my car. I found tiny trouble when coming back late at night; still, I could park parallel or drive around. Or I sometimes use MRT or BTS, which is super convenient.

I got this condo since the project was newly completed, but I only stay in this condo only from time to time. I bought this condo without any hesitation since I'm impressed with the decoration and design. I like an urban resort's style a lot, and the project brings out those vibes. When I'm depressed from work, I will stay here and relax. I like to chill out in the cafe or use a Jacuzzi. The staff here are really friendly and attentive as I always receive a warm welcome every time I stay. The price is acceptable. I have no regret buying it.

I have a tourism business in Thailand and the first office located in Phuket. There were many problems when I first started the business, and I almost closed it. Without the support from my family, I will not have this day. My company has good profits and is very satisfying. I decided to expand the branch to open in Bangkok. From my experience, opening this new branch is easier. There is a good response. Importantly, the income is still higher than it was in the Phuket branch. So, I often fly to Bangkok so that I can take care of my business easier. Recently, I have been staying in several hotels, but I decided to buy a condo to live in. Baan Rajprasong condominium is one of my choices. The condo is located not far from the BTS and MRT stations, which are well suited to travel needs. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary style that blends modern style to nature perfectly. The common area has a large swimming pool, and the area around the pool has trees to make it pleasant as well. The gym is fully equipped. The condo area also has many shopping malls and convenience stores nearby, such as Central World Villa Market and Central Food Hall. I intend to buy this condo during my stay in Bangkok.

I'm a Spanish guy who likes Thailand very much. Several visits to Thailand. I will always bring my family to travel, so I bought two bedrooms condominium at Baan Rajprasong. The condo that I was impressed with, it is the project has completed room facilities. My family loves the room very much. The condo is also near Villa Market, just a 4-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to Central World. I went shopping often as well, very convenient. The project will have a security system strictly, and there is a fitness center, swimming pool, garden, playground, and BBQ area. I like one more thing: a large swimming pool where the project arranges a beautiful garden around the pool is very impressive. Inside the room, the space is not narrow, so it does not feel uncomfortable, Baan Rajprasong Condo is very suitable for me.

I live in Phuket. But I have to attend meetings in Bangkok often 2-3 times a month, and my child is studying at Chulalongkorn University. So my husband and I decided to buy a condo here because I think that Baan Rajprasong condo is easy to travel, convenient, and near the mall. The room I purchased is a one-bedroom on the 10th floor, getting a cool breeze. The place is clearly divided. The common area has a large swimming pool that can accommodate many residents. My child is going to study at Sam Yan, and it was easy. The condo not very far from Lumpini Park. We can go jogging in the evening. I think life in Bangkok is not difficult at all. The condo was close to Ratchadamri BTS and far from Paragon, about 1 kilometer. If anyone works or studies in the city center. This condo is another right choice.
A five star condominium

Honestly, I saw the condo here first opened at a very high price. But when I started reading through, this luxury price is worth it. This project has a unique design and a stunning view of Bangkok that we can see from the condo window. Here is an excellent location. You can take the Ratchadamri BTS station only 230 meters, within a few hundred meters. Moreover, you can go shopping at Villa Market. However, the project offers a full level of the spa, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry service, and free WiFi in public areas. The area inside the room is spacious, decorated in an elegant style with white color. I even understand this place is very worth for investment. From my experience, most of the residents are both foreigners and Thai. Therefore, it is suitable to invest and make money. The location is in the center of the city, convenient to go everywhere. On the first floor, the condo has a coffee shop where I can work, and even in the middle of a city like this did not suffer from car noise.

My wife and I have been trying to find many condos in the Ratchaprasong area because we want to buy and rent it out. We decided to visit this condo because it was interesting, and we were impressed by the first we entered. It is a studio with a fully-furnished. The room is tidy and fit. There are full facilities provides for the residents, such as elevators, parking, mechanical security system, CCTV cameras, swimming pool, gardens, and children's playground. Now, we have bought one room for this condo for renting out. After a while, there was someone who came to rent our condo for the long term, a 1-year contract with three years lease. Our customers commended everything that all were nice. However, there will be some problems that needed to improve; it is about Wifi. It was very slow, and someday it didn't work for the whole day. The project has installed various furniture. All furniture did not have any problems because they seem stable and likely to last a long time. Since we've bought and rented it out, tenants have never been notified that the item is broken or damaged in the slightest. This is such a word to guarantee the quality of the furniture that the project was recruiting for residents who want to choose a condo. That is durable and aged high flexibility because the furniture that the project has installed is quality and standard. We recommend that this condo is the right choice for anyone looking to purchase for investment or buy to live. Because of its location next to commercial areas, schools, hospitals, and Ratchadamri BTS Station also, in the coming years, condo prices will continue to increase as the Ratchaprasong area progresses. Currently, my wife and I have bought one more room and maybe will buy more in the future.

Located in a prime location, a luxurious condo in the heart of the city connecting to the business area. The condo is sold as Leasehold and gives a high guaranteed rental yield. My girlfriend and I decided to buy it immediately. The interior is well modern, designed, and spacious. We can experience every unit with the stunning view of Lumpini Garden and The Royal Bangkok Sports Club. As for two buildings as a semi-circle, which we can commune with the scenic view nicely. In terms of the room types, there are four room types: 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms, and 4 Bedrooms. Anyway, we chose 1 Bedroom type and rented it out immediately. What we consider to be a problem is that the Wifi is too slow, especially on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) because many people use it. Overall, we think that it is precious since we bought it in 2017 as it gives us a lot of earnings.
