Located in the city center, convenient for traveling and the rental fee is not much high for long-term rent. The room I rented is 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, a spacious and sufficient living area. It also comes with a large balcony, perfect for living with family. The common area in this project is complete, clean, good, and tranquil atmosphere. It's not far from many convenient places.
Condo in the CBD area, easy to get around. Excellent security.

My friend suggested me to rent a room here. The rental fee is not very high for a condo in the CBD area, easy to get around, about a kilometer away from BTS Thonglor, and the facilities are still well maintained. Nice atmosphere at the swimming pool with fresh air. Excellent security.

The atmosphere in the condo is tranquil and pleasant. The view from the pool is also magnificent. You can see the entire city. The room I rented was a 2-bedroom unit that was spacious and well furnished. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The location is decent, close to many markets, shopping malls, and Thonglor BTS too. Unfortunately, the entrance to the condo is quite far from the main road.

Even though the project is located in a little deep alley, the atmosphere is great, peaceful, and shady. The project is in a local community with a good security system, swimming pool, and ample parking. The 2-bedroom unit has a spacious living area and is modernly furnished with a full set of furniture. Stress-free if you are a woman living alone because the security guards are in charge 24 hours. The location is downtown, 10 minutes walk to Thonglor BTS. You can access the project from many routes. The condo is near Rama 4 Road as well. Oh! no worry about getting lost, the Google Map will take you there!
