When viewing the property, I was actually enormously surprised by the quality, the luxury and the interior with fantastic views of the sea and the city. 3 spectacular pools on different floors, super friendly staff, the free use of all the facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym and the beach area on the ground floor fascinate me. This is living as you dream of it. Personally, I have never seen anything more beautiful - a big compliment to the builders and planners - excellent!!!!
It is the best condo project in Pattaya.

I can guarantee that this place will be the best condo because as I have gone through the project details, I think it is suitable both for investment and for leisure. Great location because it is right on the beach. It also provides a full range of amenities, including a beach club, restaurant, swimming pool, golf course, sauna room, fitness room, etc. It is excellent value for money. Plus, the design is great. It is now under construction, and I can't wait for the project to finish quickly !!

I recently had a chance to view the mock-up room, and I just decided to make the reservation after visiting. The location is superb as you can walk across the road to reach Jomtien Beach. It’s also close to malls, restaurants, and convenience stores. The facilities in this condo meet my needs, such as the fitness center, swimming pool, beach club, and steam room. Speaking of the room, it seems pretty small. Indeed, the space is functional and well-proportioned. The place that I reserved is a 1-bedroom unit, which is only 29 sq.m., but when I saw the room, for real, it’s much more comfortable than I thought. It’s also well-decorated and fully-furnished, which means that I won’t have a hard time selecting each furniture by myself. For those interested in investment, this condo can be profitable as there will be a high-speed rail project to Pattaya, contributing to the increasing price in the future for sure.
