No pets are allowed at Millennium Residence unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.
The common area maintenance fee at Millennium Residence is ฿50 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
For new projects, the buyer pays a one-off lump sum upon transfer of the property from the developer to the buyer. This fund is to be used for major renovations and replacement of equipment when necessary, to ensure the maintenance of the building and the common area. At Millennium Residence the required payment for the sinking fund is ฿600 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property.
Sukhumvit MRT is the nearest MRT from Millennium Residence and it is 4 km away.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. 

This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.

The most well know expatriate housing project

I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
A good condo with a stunning city view at night

It is a high-rise condo, a modern and perfect place to stay. Its location is beautiful and close to Terminal 21, Siam Paragon, and Rama 9 Hospital. The room that I have reserved is quite spacious and complete with quality furniture, which is ready-to-move-in. It is suitable for a vacation home and offers a beautiful city view. It is very cost-effective with complete facilities located in an excellent and luxurious location in the heart of the Asoke area.

When I visited Thailand, I'd been renting here for a year. It was a memorable and impressive place to stay. The condo consists of a large area and is located in the city center, convenient for everyday life. The building is also a well-designed and durable structure. The condo interior is full of what we need, whether good services from staff, a security system, a communal pool, a tennis court, a fitness room, a meeting room, and a library where we can spend our vacation at this condo with ease. For a year I have lived here, it made my foreign life easier, and I want to go back and stay again if I have the opportunity to go to Thailand again.

The condo is outstandingly beautiful, located in a great location near the EmQuartier and Asoke BTS. The room I bought to stay with my daughter is almost 130 square meters with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area is well proportioned, modernly finished with fine furniture. I can only go up to the floor I stayed and the common area, making me feel relieved about my daughter's safety. My daughter likes to swim at the pool on the 4th floor; it is a vast saltwater swimming pool. I usually go to the same floor to do the exercise while waiting for my child. The fitness center also has a lot of equipment. The neighbors were not crowded. It is a very affordable project to buy for a living. I love it.

Our favorite place for family. We have lived here for almost a year. The project is very safe to live in. The building is elegantly and decorated in a modern style. The room has a full set of furniture from the leading brands. There is a common area for residents, such as a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and ample parking. The staff is friendly. The view from the upper floors is amazing. You can see the view from Benjakitti Park as well.
The condo is equated with a 5-star hotel.

For me, it is like a 5-star hotel because it has excellent facilities, whether a sauna, a tennis court, a gym, and the library. If you want to use other services, you can contact the staff anytime. They are super friendly and serve good services. As for the design, it is advanced and high-class. The room provides built-in furniture, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a shuttle bus to Asoke BTS !
