This condo was completed for many years, so it's understandable that the exterior can look aged, but it's well maintained and continuously renovated. This project is a serviced condominium with a daily rental as similar to hotels. The room selection is wide. Inside, the room's design is simple, which makes it look more spacious and comfortable. It comes with proper proportions between the living room, bedrooms, a small kitchen for easy food preparation, and bathrooms. The facilities include room service, shuttle bus from an airport, Nana BTS, laundry, lifts, a pool, a sauna, a gym, and parking. The security here is quite strict, which is excellent. The guards carefully check people coming in and out, so it makes me feel safe. Most of the residents here are foreigners, I barely see Thais. The location is nice near hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlor, and entertainments. The street is not desolate. Plus, you can get access to Nana BTS quickly, just 5 minutes walk! So any destination is possible. I will come back to stay here for sure if I have a chance.
