Although it is a small condo, it is luxurious and expensive

This condo is near Night Bazaar Market, colorful at night, and there are many temples in the neighborhood. You will like it for sure because it is very safe and not as crowded as Bangkok. Plus, the prices of various things are not expensive at all. However, I choose to stay at a condo here because it's easy to travel. Moreover, the project site provides a full range of facilities, and there is a service in the hotel-management, so the service is very good. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. Although the price is expensive, it is worth the price !!
Clean rooms and quality, suitable for the price

It's a pleasant and memorable stay. My friends and I stayed here last month. It is a very luxurious condo with beautiful room decor. There is also a complete range of facilities. The prices are also reasonable. The rooftop pool is crystal clear water and a seating and relaxation area. However, it is quite hot during the day. I recommend having a seat in the afternoon or evening would be better. The project location is convenient to travel to and close to Chiang Mai City. I love this place as we can relax privately and it is not crowded.

Excellent modern condo located within walking distance of Chiang Mai night market and only 25 minutes drive from the city center. The project has a rooftop swimming pool, recreation area, 24-hour security system with electronic access control systems. It has very safe standards as well. I rented this condo for several weeks, 1 bedroom size, which is the perfect size for being alone.

It was the right decision to buy it here. My room is 2-bedroom with modern decoration but simple. As my room is a duplex, the first floor is a living area with a high ceiling to make the entire space airy and magnificent. The second floor has bedrooms. I think the room layout is well divided. Conveniently located not far from the city, and only 10 minutes drive to the old city moat.

Peaks Avenue is a luxury condo in Chiang Mai city center. Located in a very convenient location, the project is close to tourist attractions such as Tha Phae Gate and Wualai Walking Street. The project focuses on modernity and luxury. A one-bedroom duplex has a unique layout and complete functions, decorated with furniture from a leading brand. In the project, there are also many facilities such as a reception, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and parking space, etc. The price here is a bit high compared to other projects.
Stylish condo

I reviewed the project yesterday, and I love it. The condo is stylish, simple, and elegant, so I decided to reserve it. It can be a bit pricy but understandable for many reasons. The property only has a small number of the unit. The unit I booked is a 2-bedroom type at 120 sq.m. You can see the mountains in the distance from every room, suitable for relaxation. I love that it makes me feel safe, like living in a house; it's also peaceful and private, not like other condos. The decoration materials are luxurious with high quality; the built-in kitchen is nice as well. The common area is luxurious, with the receptionist welcoming the residents. Most of the facilities occupy the entire rooftop, including a pool, a gym, a sauna, a garden with a mountain view. Feel like traveling to Japan, love it! From the project, I can walk to Tha Pea Gate and nearby attractions in about 20 minutes.
