I've lived here for about 3 months now and really enjoy it. I rent, but have done some light renovations to the unit and Im very happy. The location is great and quite quiet down near the end of soi 15.Investment wise, the building offers a great opportunity to buy older units to renovate and rent out to the teachers working at NIST across the street.
Condo in the heart of Asoke, prime location

It is a condo in the heart of the Asoke area, known as various prosperity. I bought a 2-bedroom condo at Ruamjai Heights and renovated as for a rental business. The reason I chose to buy it because the condo is located in a very good location called in the business district. Besides, it is easy to travel because it is close to public transportation such as BTS, MRT, and ARL stations, which very convenient. Therefore, it is very worthwhile if we buy it for rent or live by ourselves. There are entire facilities, both inside and outside the project. It is suitable for living every day with quality ever. For anyone looking for a condo in the Asoke area, it is one of the best potential communities in Bangkok. I recommend this condo. You won't regret buying it because it is a prime location in the city's heart, such as Ruamjai Heights Condo. Here is also close to Thailand's leading department stores, such as Terminal 21 and Emporium, for anyone who likes to travel and go shopping. Besides, the project has provided excellent common areas for residents to service, such as a swimming pool, fitness, etc. It is considered to meet the needs of modern city people.
