It is located about 1 kilometer from the beach.

It is located in a busy location and many restaurants nearby. My room is on the 7th floor, offering a beautiful view. There is a breezy blowing for well-ventilation. The room is fully furnished. The common area features a fitness center, a sauna, and a rooftop pool. The maintenance is considered acceptable, but car parking is too small and not enough for the residents. It is a reasonable price. I think the journey is not very convenient because of its location situated in the deep alley. If you want to go somewhere, you can take a taxi service. Having a private car is more convenient! It is 1 kilometer from the beach.
