Such a perfect condo

After I researched about this condo for a while, I decided to reserve a unit of this condo. Although the project will be completed in the next three years, I think it's worth the wait. The highlight of this project is its location since it's on the main road, near Huai Khwang Intersection. Also, walking to MRT Huai Khwang takes less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient for those who travel by public transport or private car. The room that I reserved is a one-bedroom (Plus Duo Space). The main reason why I choose this type of room is that the room has a high ceiling, making it look open and airy. The limitation that I've found is that the room type is only available in 1 bedroom type, so it isn't family-friendly. Plus, there are full facilities in the condo on different floors. My favorite is the rooftop swimming pool, which adds great value to the condo. The price per square meter is also quite reasonable. It is the answer for anyone looking for a condo to live in or invest in this project.
