Sansiri condo in Khao Takiab in walking distance to Cicada Market - well maintained. I have enjoyed my full year there
It's suitable for a good vacation condo and investment.

The condo is located on the main road. The surrounding area is quite crowded, and there are many shops in the neighborhood. Travel is also convenient and not far from the 7-Eleven convenience store. The on-site is quiet and very safe. The project also provides a pretty good security system. The room I stay in is a 1-bedroom with 40 square meters. I think the space in the room is too small, suitable for 1-2 people only. However, the common area is spacious. There is a large swimming pool and a very shady seating area. Overall, it's impressive because it is convenient to travel and close to the beach. Moreover, there is a shuttle bus to the beach as well. It's suitable for a good vacation condo and investment.
