Stunning seaview condos !!!

The Heights is based on the hill, just outside Kata. A short drive from the estate are the white sandy beaches of Kata or Kata Noi – popular among families for its picturesque seascape. The condos are greatly designed with 2 or 3 bedrooms with stunning seaview from the terrace. The residence features a nice common pool, fitness, and sauna. What is missing is a restaurant in the compound. Luckily, many restaurants and cafes are just 2 minutes drive such as Boathouse, Villa Royale, Kata Rocks...
The project come with a great view

The apartments here come with a great view. There is a private corner, and it is very quiet. The common area has a swimming pool, fitness center, and trees along the way to the project. The room is spacious and fully furnished. There is also a private balcony and a seating area for parties. It is a great vacation rental place. The downside is that the journey is quite difficult. There are many hills on the way to the project. There are no convenience stores in this neighborhood, and far from the city, driving about 30-40 minutes.
