I like this place. The rooms are very spacious. Modern decoration, full floor to ceiling windows offer a brighten. It feels like home. Here is a pet-friendly property, nice atmosphere, and privacy. Awesome location, easy to access Thonglor or Ekkamai areas (about 5 mins by drive).
Pet-friendly condo in peaceful atmostphere

It is a small project with 7 floors high, and there are only about ten units inside, making it very peaceful and private. The project is far from the BTS station, so it isn’t suitable for people traveling by public transport. Still, I think it can be considered a good location for those who use the car as it is not far away from Chalong Rat Expressway, which can connect many routes. Personally, I stayed here with my family. The room I stayed in is a three-bedroom unit. The area is spacious, which is enough for family members. More importantly, the project allows pets as well, so our family was extremely happy about it. However, the fitness center is too small, and there isn’t much equipment. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with this place.

Good atmosphere and simple interior decor. No noises bothering, and I love the private atmosphere; it seems like a real relaxation. The room is nicely decorated and has been paid attention to every single detail. Moreover, you don't worry about traveling at all because it is near the expressway. Convenient and highly recommended here. Importantly, it suits those who live with the family.

I fell in love with this place right after I saw the room. All the condo functions are designed very well, with a swimming pool, parking space, and garden. The common area is well connected. Every unit is private. The interior of the room is also decorated in a very minimalist, very modern style with a good view. The project is pet-friendly. But this place is suitable for people who have a private car; travel will be convenient.
A private condo with a few units

The condo is only 7 floors high, and there are not many rooms. It's quiet and uncrowded, providing very good privacy. It also comes with a modern style decoration with excellent quality furniture decorated. The room I live in is a 2 bedroom unit, suitable for 1-4 people. It has a spacious balcony. The room area is airy and well-proportioned. The communal project area includes a swimming pool that is not very large and a small garden. The traveling is also convenient because it is about 8 minutes away from Phra Khanong BTS station. However, I always use a private car, and it's convenient for parking. There are 170% of the nearby amenities that accommodate the residents here, including Train Night Market Ratchada, The Mall Ramkhamhaeng 3, and many convenience stores. If anyone is looking for a condo in the city center and convenient to travel to, I suggest here as a good choice. Peaceful and worth it !!
